Radioactive material - Path and concentration

Found this gem just now.  Someone seems to be streaming his Geiger counter readings from Tokyo, though i can't guarantee the physical location of the device
An alert level will trigger at any reading above 130cpm.  CPM reveals the amount of radioactive decays occuring per minute within the detection chamber.  Using CPM is a sensitive way to measure the presence of radioactivity, but it is not specific and may not detect certain types of emitted particles like alpha rays.  I would also like to see the sievert, rad or rem activity.
