A sustained wind from Japan has been laying into the Philippines for the last 24 hours

Click the image above or see here.  No word yet from Pagasa, the DOH, or any other agency about potential dangers.  Current wind patterns are very favorable for the west coast of the United States but highly undesirable for the Philippines and southeast asia.  We had to expect the winds to change at some point.
