Next month, Japan will experience reversed wind directions on a very consistent basis and increased rains in Tokyo. As long as radioactive exposures continue to trend lower as they have been lately, areas located downwind should stay in check. Unforeseen complications resulting in increased venting will change the outlook immediately. It will be interesting to see what China's radiation numbers will look like next month, and what their government will say about this new development if problems arise.
