Is the rumored increased venting operation for May 8 now underway?

Way more releases have been observed throughout the early morning and the live cam is now curiously off-line

Edit:  If the increased venting was indeed planned, they chose an outstanding time to do so.  Wind conditions are absolutely optimal for a briefly increased high-density release - blowing strongly offshore and projected to do so for the next 24 hours.
