Assuming constant rates of exposure:
Yellow zones are yielding 10.42 - 19 rem/year
Orange zones - 19 - 109.5 rem/year
Red zones - at least 109.5 rem/year
Dose distributions in the surrounding Fukushima area are highly influenced by aerosol distribution. The reactors at Fukushima are not behaving like a point source yet (individually or collectively), but certainly would in the event of a full meltdown.
